• Assist in establishing a Digitalization Governance framework to oversee digital initiatives and ensure accountability.
• Support the development and implementation of AI and digital strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Identify and recommend technology solutions that enable digital transformation, including software, data management systems, and communication networks.
• Stay informed on emerging digital trends and technologies to assess their potential impact on the organization.

Reports and Data Analysis:

• Consolidate and analyze key HR-related data to provide insights into organizational performance and trends.
  Prepare reports and perform gap analyses, offering recommendations for improvement and responding to ad-hoc queries from stakeholders.
  Maintain and update the organization’s HR databases and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of experience in HR, talent management, or organizational development.
  Strong understanding of organizational design, HR best practices, and digital transformation.
