We are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Floral Trainer and Assessor with expertise in both traditional flower arrangements and floral commercial displays for events such as weddings and retail settings. Key Responsibility

• Conduct WSQ accredited training in Flower Arrangement and Floral Commercial Display.
• Lead hands-on demonstrations and workshops, focusing on core floral design techniques, safety practices, and the setup for various events.
• Mentor and guide students, enhancing their artistic and technical abilities in floral design.
• Evaluate student performance in practical sessions and offer targeted feedback to foster improvement.
• Promote stringent safety and hygiene practices within the workshop.
• Manage the maintenance of cleanliness and safety protocols in the training environment.
• Ensure the workshop space is well-organized and that hygiene standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E works on-site and manage drawing data updates.
