The Right Profile
We are looking for a Brand Art Director with strong design management experience. This candidate will work closely with the Head of Creative to develop Syfe’s design framework and put forth our brand for the world to see. While it’s not necessary to already have a deep understanding of finance, you should be keen to learn about investing. If you would like to design and showcase a brand that helps everyday people wrangle their hardest money problems, you are the one we are looking for.

Responsibilities
- Lead, ideate and execute design work for TTL and digital creative campaigns, across Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong.
- Collaborate with the performance advertising team to execute and develop a creative optimisation framework.
- Work with the social team on the development of a pipeline of consistent, unique and engaging social media collateral.
- Partner with external agencies on the execution and conceptualisation of creative work.
- Support the product team on the production/acquisition of brand-aligned design assets.
- Art Direction of static storyboards for the motion team to translate into motion graphics/animations.
- Development and governance of internally developed branding across creative and media touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of working experience either in an agency or an in-house design role.
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and preferably Figma.
- A strong creative portfolio, demonstrating a diversity of high quality work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with marketing teams across regions.
- Prior experience working on brand guidelines and brand marketing campaigns.
- Prior experience working with product teams and some understanding of product design processes and requirements.
- Ability to handle a varied and diverse workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Passionate, dependable and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in startup is a plus.
