Job Description :

• Responsible for the execution of civil and structural design involving the preparation of calculations and review of structural design drawings in accordance to customers' specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted practices.
• Assist in producing tender specifications and design requirements for calling of tender contracts.
• Undertake detailed design of buildings and civil infrastructures.
• Work with Qualified Person (QP) to develop design scheme for civil and structural works.
• Involve in project planning, implementation and close monitoring of projects.
• Project coordination including submission to local authorities and liaison during the construction stage.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities on technical matters.

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess at least degree in Civil Engineering (preferably recognised by PE Board).
• Engineers with minimum 1 years' experience in relevant engineering design work. Conversant with latest design codes and authority requirements (Codes of practice, directives, etc.).
• With good attitude towards work and timeline.

Research Fellow, Science, Mathematics and Technology Cluster – LBELL group, to work on cutting-edge brain-inspired computing research as a member of the group that includes Desmond Loke and Yu Jiang. There will be a possibility to work with external collaborators for the deployment of brain-inspired computing algorithms.

Job Scope

• The candidate will join an interdisciplinary and highly collaborative team of Scientists and Engineers.
• Responsible for enhancing the LBELL group's capability in brain-inspired computing development, and design of algorithms, overseeing model development and technology use, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
• Communicating results to the scientific community through publications and presentations; and
• Supervising undergraduate students and laboratory technicians.

Job requirements

Required: a Ph.D. in mathematics, computer science or a related field; prior experience with machine learning, programming is required; experience with software system; strong interpersonal and oral presentation skills; self-motivation; and attention to detail. SUTD invites applications for a Research Fellow position in a research project to develop intelligent, secure, and resilient future communications systems. In particular, to support a diverse set of use cases with ever-increasing requirements, the architectural design of 5G and future 6G systems emphasizes software-defined reconfigurability and AI-enabled intelligent operations. Open RAN --- as a generic term used by the community for an open radio access network architecture --- is viewed as a promising way to achieve this design objective. While open RAN promotes interoperable interfaces, RAN virtualization, and support for big data and AI-enabled RAN, its success requires us to overcome multiple challenges --- in particular, how to build intelligence and adaptability into such a system while still providing high assurance regarding its security and resilience. Our project aims to lay a solid foundation for designing secure and resilient open RAN systems.

A research fellow or postdoctoral researcher is needed in NRF ANR project to work on the new nanostructured materials for energy storage materials. The project is to understand the catalytic effect based nanomaterials ad their applications in the anode materials of lithium ion batteries.

We request to hire a PhD degree holder in the research field of material science and chemical engineering. The researcher is requested to work with the team on the preparation of the materials and evaluation of the prototype performance in the field.

He/she will design materials and devices. He will be in charge of materials synthesis, characterization and final prototype evaluation. Required skills include multiple fabrication and characterization tools in material science including various deposition techniques, SEM, XRD, Raman, electrochemical evaluation systems. Desired skills include research experience in energy storage, electrode design, and ion intercalation process.

Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for the audition, evaluation and selection process for all candidate applying for the performing artiste position.
2. Monitor the on-stage performance levels of all performing artistes on a weekly basis and feedback to the artiste for corrective measures (when necessary).
3. Good hosting skill, singing and dancing.

Requirements

3. Ability to communicate well with staff or Artiste from East Asia.
4. Has experience as an Artiste.
5. Knowledge of Mandarin Pop is advantageous.
6. Strong stage experience.
7. Able to consistently meet target set by management.
