• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executives specialized in Architecture/Interior Design/Construction or equivalent.
• Liaise/Coordinate with team members and partners in preparing design brief, appointment of consultants, master program, and financial budgets
• Responsible for multiple project development progress, quality and cost control
• Cooperate with internal (senior management/designers/QS/etc) and external stakeholders (client, main contractor, etc) to ensure that the works will fulfill all functional, operational and quality requirements.

• Monitor the execution of the works, construction progress and mitigating any project risks and smooth handover are achieved.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience within a Design & Build or similar working environment as a Project Manager
• Solid experience in large commercial/corporate office fit out projects preferred (new build and renovations would be advantageous) including a sound knowledge of MEP.
• Previous experience of delivering projects with an understanding of challengers faced in terms of skill in time, cost and quality control and how to overcome them and exceed expectations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and numerous stakeholders ensuring high quality finishes that are on time and in budget
• Preferred knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point
• Ablility to manage various contractors by giving proper instructions and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on site.

• Assist design engineer to perform modifications & reverse engineering based on customer's specifications
• Convert customer’s drawings to in house format
• Release of engineering drawings to production
• Work closely with QC on parts assembly and acceptance
• Liaise with various departments to ensure on time delivery of orders
• Knowledge of Solidworks is preferred

We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic Assistant Producer to support our production teams in film, TV and online content production.

The team will count on you for various crucial tasks, from organizing meetings with clients to talent management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

● Create attractive and compelling content, e.g. commercials, branding videos, social media videos, short films for direct clients and ad agencies.

● Prepare decks and pitch to networks, clients and ad agencies.

● Lead and manage projects from development stage till delivery.

● Manage logistics of production to ensure smooth operation.

● Work closely with directors and writers to provide creative coordination.

● Prepare production budget and schedule for assigned projects.

● Monitor and control production expenditure within approved budget.

● Provide production support for international projects.

Requirements

● A strong interest in storytelling and filmmaking.

● At least 2 years of relevant experience in the production environment with hands-on experience of various processes of filmmaking, including creative producing and production management. Applicants with less than 2 years of experience will be evaluated based on their experiences/involvement in similar projects.

● Any educational discipline is acceptable, however qualifications in media studies, communication, business studies or other humanities are preferred.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
