RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Art Therapist, you will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team in the rehabilitation and habilitation of residents and clients with intellectual disabilities and co-morbidities.  You seek to establish a connection with residents/clients in the pursuit of therapeutic goals based on the resident/client’s behavioural profile. The aim is to help residents express emotion and express thoughts using arts as a medium. You work with residents and clients either in groups or on a one-to-one basis.

• Assess the resident/client’s needs and strengths
• Assessing the behaviours of the resident/client
• Plan, conduct, review and assess therapy sessions to monitor effectiveness and to aid the planning of subsequent sessions
• Provide quality and professional art therapy services through individual and group art therapy sessions
• Set relevant and appropriate goals for clients (where applicable)

• Encourage residents/clients to take part in the session

Responsibilities:

 Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This includes conducting market research, identifying target markets and defining positioning and messaging strategies.

 Brand Management: Manage and enhance the Company’s brand image and reputation. This involves developing brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and monitoring brand perception in the market.

 Digital Marketing: Develop and implementing digital marketing strategies to reach target audiences effectively. This includes managing the Company’s website, social media platforms, email marketing, online advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).

 Content creation: Creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels. This includes writing speeches, articles, social media posts, and product descriptions. You will also be responsible for the design of product information, brochures, posters, catalogues, and training materials. You are also to develop multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and visuals to support marketing campaigns.

 Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analysing key marketing metrics and performance indicators. Generating regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

• Discuss with clients regarding project scope, design concept, detailing and etc.

We are looking to hire a professional digital content creator/videographer with experience in shooting videos for branding, promotional and marketing purposes.

You will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, shooting, editing, and delivering both videos and photos that are engaging, to support Hatchery's marketing and promotional efforts.
