The Event Services Executive supports clients' event venue needs with the relevant venue capability and capacity for events. He/She understands clients' requirements and collaborates with the Venue Operations department to configure venue facilities according to clients' needs.

Events services executive is a professional who coordinates and manages various aspects of events and meetings. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events of different sizes and types, such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, corporate meetings, and other special occasions.

The job of an events services executive involves creating event schedules, venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, negotiating contracts, coordinating logistics, handling registrations, ensuring the smooth running of the event, and post-event evaluation.

In addition to their administrative and organizational duties, events services executives may be involved in marketing and promotion activities to attract attendees and sponsors for the event.

To be successful in this role, an events services executive must have good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem-solving abilities. They should be able to work well under pressure and manage team members effectively.

Artist managers must be friendly, independent, aggressive, and has the ability to work as part of a team.

As our Manager- Client Solutions based in Singapore you will be responsible for acquisition of new clients. Reporting to the Director- International Business Development, you will drive business development efforts that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales. • Showcase extensive experience working with tech and B2B brands. Bonus points for exposure to lifestyle or experience-focused brands.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
• You’re a graphic design enthusiast and interactive media advocate and, not tied to specific creative and execution formats, able to execute design work across all mediums.
• A multi-faceted designer who knows your Adobe Creative Suite well, and you’re happy to bounce between all kinds of software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere), depending on the occasion. 
• Deep understanding and appreciation of visual storytelling, direct marketing, and concept-driven high-touch experiences.
• Exhibit comfort and proficiency in both short-form (social, print, OOH) and long-form (film) visual storytelling.
• You don’t just consider yourself a great designer but also an amazing creative. You love coming up with ideas as much as you love spending time crafting them!

• A sharp-eyed, detail-oriented and good design ambassador. You have a strong sense of layout, colour, composition and type
