• Determine the need for a formal design control, verification, and validation program as required by tender or contract specifications.
• Review and validate design system details, coordinating with project managers and consultants to ensure service completeness and functionality.
• Assess pre-contract cost estimates, cash flow projections, feasibility studies, and cost analyses prepared by the QS team across all areas.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, materials, and specifications as outlined in contracts.

Lead and Manage Project Teams:

a. Deliver the service standards expected by clients and consultants.

b. Use materials that meet project specifications.

c. Ensure project schedules are adhered to and deadlines are met.

d. Quickly resolve issues that arise on project sites.

e. Continuously review, monitor, and improve project management processes, workmanship, and on-site quality.

Actively participate in ad-hoc projects and handle additional duties as required.

Job Duties:

• In corporate office design & built projects, monitoring projects planning and scheduling for interior design, tendering, Interior fit-out coordination.
• Liaise with clients on keeping track & control schedules of cost, time & quality, important meet deadlines.
• Liaise with subcontractors for follow up of drawings, submission, completion letter, delivery process etc.
• Perform & monitor budgeting and expenditure control management.
• Familiar with building contractual terms & laws in Singapore.
• Manage site operation, coordination & safety meeting.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree Qualification from recognized institution.
• Relevant working experience in Renovation Project Management and coordination for Japanese clients.
• Knowledge of Architectural / Interior Designer drawings.
• Possess good interpersonal communication & analytical skills with people at all levels.
• Enjoy working on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline.
• Handle site work during weekends (Sat/Sun) if necessary.
