• Based on the master program, work out a schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement and monitor the status.
• Supervise BIM modelers to produce shop drawings.

You will be responsible for verifying digital and mixed-signal designs, including systems-on-chip with multiple CPUs, digital signal processors, security hardware, and other logic for IoT applications.

Description

• Definition and trade-off studies of RGB camera optics, sensors, actuator, and packaging.
• Interaction with optical, electrical, process, controls systems, sensing, test, and mechanical teams on integration of camera hardware into products.
• Leadership of offshore manufacturing partners on camera design evaluation, product prototype builds, and qualification.
• Leadership of failure analysis and corrective action implementation at manufacturing sites as well as remotely, including assembly processes, testing, and calibration; parametric-data analysis of end-of-line yield and post-reliability failures.
• Evaluation and debugging of camera HW at module and product levels for Camera Design and Integration.
• Documentation of camera-specific design, test, and manufacturing requirements.
• International travel may be required to supplier facilities for product development and production bring-up.

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc/MSc/PhD in relevant field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optics, Physics, Materials or equivalent).
• Able to communicate and convey ideas clearly and concisely.

• Ability to lead a multi-functional team of engineers and scientists with unique background and technical expertise through the R&D phase of product development from concept to mass production is a key requirement.

- Perform Civil, Structural Analysis and Design (entry-level) to meet project specifications

- Coordination and Liaise with Clients, Authority and Other Consultants, Contractors on Projects

- Ensuring Good Project Documentation and Submission to Authority and Clients

- Attend Project Meeting and Perform Inspections on Designed Works

- Reporting to Senior Engineer

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/ Structural) or equivalent, recognized by Professional Engineering Board of Singapore

Physical Design Engineer (Digital IC)

Job Description：
1. Works with the senior physical design team to complete the chip floorplan , clock architecture, and powerplan .
2. Involved in one or more physical design tasks from the Netlist to the GDSII, including P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for reliability and tapeout.
3. Researches the physical design methodology of advanced process nodes, and builds an automatic physical design platform.

Position Requirements:
1. Holds a bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science
2. 0 - 5 years of work experience in the digital backend design field. (Fresh graduates can be considered).
3. Those with experience in TCL , Perl or Python script development and familiar with EDA tool design will be plus.
