JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

· Prepare and complete precast shop drawings within specific time and in accordance with the project timeline.

· Check for accuracy and update amendments to precast shop drawings.

· Produce precast layout plans and fabrication shop drawings of precast concrete elements for production and submission to clients.

· Liaise with consultants concerning drawing details and technical issues.

Looking for a senior art director to manage a creative initiative from start to finish, guiding a cross-functional creative team in the conception, design and execution of visual materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including print, online, social media, and collateral materials
• Manage and mentor a team of art directors, graphic designers, photographers and other creative staff
• Ideate, art direct and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delegating duties as necessary
• An eye for design, photography, illustration and motion graphics.
• Collaborates with members of the marketing or media buying team to develop strategies for advertising campaigns
• Creates presentations and project plans, meets with clients, and ensures successful online representation of clients’ brands
• Knowledge of print, broadcast and digital communications is a must for an art director position. This person should know the ins and outs of the latest marketing and creative trends, identifying where the company or clients can implement new initiatives.

Responsibilities

-Good team player and work closely with other domain specialist to design

complex solutions

-Analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions and system design

-Generate solution design, project document and Bill of Material for customer

requirement

-Conduct in-house evaluation and Proof of Concept trial with stakeholders

-Liaison with principal vendors to understand their products, solution and pricing

-Assist the project engineers during Technical Project implementation and conduct

of training

-Handle system administration, network support, implementation, troubleshooting

in Windows / Linux

-Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems

-Upgrade network hardware and software components as required, while ensuring

adherence to Cybersecurity Act, Cybersecurity Code of Practice(CCOP)

-Expected to address any ad hoc activities when needed by the technical team

-Document functional requirements/specifications documents for all the necessary

-systems pertaining the network designed or implemented and the necessary

routing

-Be familiar with latest Networking trends and solutions available in the market

-Undertaking Vendor Certifications as required by company to maintain partnership status

Requirements

-Bachelor Degree or Diploma in computer science or related technical discipline

-At least 3-5 years’ experience in network design and planning

-Very comfortable Familiar with Microsoft Windows and in LINUX operating

environment (Ubuntu, Red Hat, etc)

-Min. 3 years experience in complex project implementations;

-Strong understanding of cyber security, cryptography, security protocol, network

security, TCP/IP networking.

-Strong understanding of Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Business

Continuity and IT Regulatory Compliance

-Experience in architecting or deploying Virtualization solutions for enterprises

would be advantageous

-Understanding the on-premise/hybrid and cloud networking model

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Hands on experience in installing hardware such as servers, network switch,

cables, hubs, routers, and setting up required software environment/applications

-Solid CCTV and Audio/Video knowledge and experience

-Experience with IP communication technology such as IP PBX, video conference
