• Responsible for detailing and drafting precast concrete components for construction projects to ensure the successful production and installation of precast elements that meet project specifications, structural requirements and quality standards.
• Develop precast layout and fabrication shop drawings of precast elements for submission and production.
• Prepare reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedule.
• Ensure shop drawings are clear, accurate, and in accordance with project requirements, standard and project timelines.
• Incorporate openings, recesses, architectural features, cast in items, lifting system and other relevant information in shop drawings (2D & 3D).
• Raise RFI to finalize precast shop drawings.
• Coordinate with site team concerning on drawing details and technical issues to ease production as well as installation on site.
• Work closely with production and suppliers on the submission/issuance of shop drawings, highlight technical issues and keep them updated of any revisions.
• Attend technical meetings with consultants/clients as and when required.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing ISP Algorithm into HW using Verilog, SystemVerilog and/or SystemC (High Level Synthesis)
• Define ISP HW Architecture based on product features and performance requirements, also with gate count and power estimation
• Verify Logic at ISP level and Digital System level
• Optimize Design for less gate count and low power consumption

Requirements

The Role

This position will work with Asset Managers in leading all aspects of design development works, including overall development management of new developments and existing assets across different sector classes ranging from commercial, retail, residential, industrial and logistics projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualise all development design requirements including preliminary massing, schedule of areas and specifications and formulate design briefs to ensure that these are aligned with the Company’s development strategy.
• Manage and control the development of design concepts/options, pipelines for the projects and to ensure these options/concepts are delivered on time and meet the Asset Manager’s Requirements.
• Manage the design consultants and liaise with all relevant authorities to meet the Company’s development strategy and Asset Manager’s requirement.
• Accountable and responsible for the management of the design development process from inception to completion.
• Ensure that the design meets the required quality and in compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance.

Job Requirements

• Master and/or Degree in Architecture.
• At least 8 years of relevant design development experience in the execution of Commercial, Retail, Residential, Industrial and Logistics projects, with the ability to draw, design and articulate key construction details for the building.
• Candidate with experience in Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, or Vietnam projects is preferred.
• Technical skills in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe in Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, Grasshopper.
• Knowledge of parametric design and ability to write scripts would be an advantage.
• Technical skills in producing and developing architectural details and specifications.
• Seeks continuous improvement to design and processes through consistently challenging the status quo or value engineering the optimum solution to all aspects of the development.
• Ability to encourage the creation of solutions appropriate to the needs of Business Units, shareholders and environment.
