The Art Teacher ( Assistant ) will be responsible for developing students' artistic skills and creativity through various forms of visual arts, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and other media such as design and architecture. The ideal candidate will foster a supportive and stimulating environment that encourages students to explore their creative potential while learning about art history and techniques.

Maintain studio discipline and encourage respect for materials, tools.

Collaborate with colleagues, including other senior art educators, to promote the art learning as a whole.

Communicate fluently with colleagues, parents and guardians about student progress and upcoming .

Ability to walk around and stand for extended periods while teaching at times.

Ability to lift and carry art supplies and materials at times.

Diploma or Degree in visual arts, design or education. Undergraduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Assist in creating compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Support the design and development of visuals, videos, and written materials aligned with the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
• Help manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting across all channels.

Marketing Campaigns

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies.
• Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.

Event Support

• Support the planning and execution of in-store and online events, such as product launches, workshops, and community engagement activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure event success.
• Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting.

Customer Engagement

• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and execute plans for engaging customers through various touchpoints, including social media and email marketing.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries across digital platforms.

Administrative Support

• Assist in maintaining marketing documentation, such as reports, plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing-related requirements.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Interest in fashion, retail, and lifestyle trends.
• Availability: Minimum commitment of 4-6 months for this full-time position.
