Job Summary : We are seeking a versatile Accounts cum Admin Executive to join our team. Join our team as an Accounts & Admin Executive, a pivotal role reporting directly to the Accountant. This position primarily focuses on accounting responsibilities, encompassing 70% of the workload, while also involving 30% administrative tasks.The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our finance department.

Job Descriptions:

• Partake in full spectrum of AP and AR duties such as preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments, reimbursement of staff claims, generating sales invoices, preparing Statement of Accounts and following up on the overdue invoices;
• Assist in month-end closing and quarterly GST submission;
• Assist in annual statutory audit / corporate income tax filing;
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, banks and vendors;
• Handle day-to-day office and admin duties like answering phone calls, mailing data entry, collect mails from letter boxes, purchase order, filling and etc;
• Administration work including ordering of stationery and pantry items, renewal of company insurance, renewal of electrical license, maintaining accurate historical records etc.
• Support internal stakeholders on travel desk management such as reservation of hotel rooms, air tickets and travel insurance;
• Maintain clean and organized documents - both paper and electronic files, keep records up to date;
  Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:Minimum a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking / computer , or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experiences.

Meticulous and detailed oriented.
Proactive and possess positive attitude.
Able to work independently.
Written & spoken English and Tamil to communicate with parent company.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word).

Your Opportunity

You will design and develop next generation wireless communication systems utilizing Wi-Fi 4/5/6/6E chipsets and protocols. As a senior member of the engineering team, you’ll have the opportunity to lead projects with the support of a cross-functional team of RF engineers, technicians, software engineers, etc.

Job Description

· Perform detailed radio frequency translation plans and architectures

· Evaluate gain, noise parameters (NF, SNR), dynamic range, linearity, and power consumption analyses to execute a predictable, robust design

· Collaborate with CAD engineers and drive PCB implementation of the design with emphasis on clean power supply design, interconnect design for required EMI and RF transmission performance

· Participate in design reviews and prepare design documentations at every stage of development until the final prototype test and characterization

· Perform parametric evaluation of transceivers, like Pout, IMD/IP3, EVM, noise parameters with spectrum analyser, modulation analyser and perform wireless link level functional evaluation to complete the product characterization

· Collaborate with product engineers for various certification procedures and NPI, followed by the Transfer of Technology (ToT) for large quantity production

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electronics Communication Engineering or Digital Communication Engineering

· Minimum 8 year of experience as a RF system hardware with proven track record of meeting industry delivery standards in the relevant areas

· Good interpersonal and creative skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding and fast paced environment
