Responsibilities:

• Work as a team leader. Overall control the entire Design Department.
• Preparing Shop drawings, tender drawing, fabrication drawings, cutting list etc. 3D drawings. Monitor and control the progress and quality of drawings provided by the whole team.
• Attend meetings related to tender, design discussion, design optimization, critical design resolutions.
• Liaise with Client, Main Contractor, Architect and Consultants for design & technical issues.

• Provides sales support to the engineering /sales team. Conducts engineering design and processes and / or financial analysis during project development. Generates take-off plans and specifications. You will be responsible for producing Autocad and BIM (Revit drawings), coordinating with consultants and subcontractors the BIM Model for the project. Attending BIM weekly meetings, coordination meetings and ensuring that submittals are in line with the Singapore BIM Guidelines and Project BIM requirements and Project timelines / programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
