What are we offering?

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Lead the architecture and urbanism department in Singapore, and work across the global spearhead organization.
• Develop direction for the firm’s marketing and business development processes, with focus on growing the local and Asia markets.
• Cultivate client relationships and develop key accounts
• Work with the global design community and regional design directors for the management of the quality of architectural design work
• Develop and grow the team in Singapore

• Provide direction for the firm’s strategic planning (local and global)

• Set design direction for key projects
• Produce concepts and schematic designs in accordance to clients’ requirements and aspirations for key projects
• Oversee the development of detailed design and production of detailed drawings and specifications for tender and for contractors to follow for construction purposes
• Oversee the construction and implementation of projects

• Master Degree in Architecture/ Landscape Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in internationally renowned offices
• Commitment and inspiring leadership qualities with strong general and project management skills
• Commitment to practice sustainability in all projects
• Ability to put strategies into actions with strong business mindset
• Knowledge and experience in the Asian market
• Ability to manage complex architectural projects and architectural design team of up to 20 members

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Software Web Developer to join our innovative development team. Job Responsibilities:

a) Assist and support the Project Management team in project execution:

• Prepare shopdrawing and design calculation report such as cable sizing and etc

• Liaise with client on technical requirements

• Liaise with consultant or authority for the approval of design

• Provide technical support and advice on design and engineering to the project team

• Assist project team with technical advice to installation team

b) Assist and support the Business Development team in tender or proposal submissions:

• Conduct site survey and prepare feasibility study report

• Perform technical assessment such as Shading analysis PVSyst simulation, consumption analysis and etc

• Prepare tender documents for submission

• Prepare costing for commercial proposal

c) Familiar with Authority requirement and IEC standard or equivalent for renewable system installation

d) Maintain and update renewable system components list

e) Assist in the development and upgrade of engineering tools

f) Provide support for team members in other regions

g) Liaising with new and existing vendors/suppliers for price lists and up-to-date product and service information with the procurement team

h) Liaise with other teams to gather feedback on design and costing for continuous improvement

i) Ad hoc task assigned by the reporting officer

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering field (Electrical engineering background would be an advantage)
• At least 2 years of working experience in renewable industry
• Proficient in engineering drawing interpretation and adept at applying requirements to design effectively
• Familiar with Autocad, PVSyst and Sketchup
• Quick learner, goal-oriented team player with strong communication and troubleshooting skills
