They are collaborative and flexible as they juggle multiple projects with ease with solid experience leading teams in delivering creative excellence and owns creative deliverables on projects from brief to final build. This role reports to the Chief Creative Officer.

What you’ll do:

• Take a leading role in managing the agency's relationship with clients, including presenting creative strategies and proposals
• Help to foster collaborative engagement with clients and internal project teams
• In charge of coming up with creative communications concepts, TTL campaigns, and executions that meet the clients’ strategic business intent and objectives — big bold ideas that challenge the status quo is what we look for!
• Work closely with the Associate Creative Director(s) and Creative Director(s) to ensure concepts are not just effective, but also align with the company’s vision for creative excellence
• Ensure quality creative output by maintaining and enhancing creative standards and processes
• Guide, support, and motivate the creative team throughout the design and development process, ensuring successful and timely delivery of all projects
• Demonstrate and maintain quality excellence in layout, typography, illustration, and photography, as well as staying current with creative and design trends, marketing principals, cultural issues, and emerging technologies
• Assist in pitches and initiatives aimed at securing new business opportunities that contribute to the agency’s growth
• Experience in the aviation and travel industry is a big plus
• Play a pro-active role in pushing for and executing award-winning type of work

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience as professional Art Based Creative/Designer in a multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in campaign conceptualisation and execution, showcasing mastery in layout, typography, illustration & design etc.
• Highly skilled in various design software and programmes such as Illustrator, Photoshop and the like
• Possess a keen eye for detail and able to communicate creative/design solutions with confidence, ease and clarity
• Creative, ever curious and an outgoing personality are a plus
• Possessing shiny, metal things not needed but highly appreciated

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging art lesson plans for various age groups, focusing on creativity and skill-building.
• Research and incorporate diverse art techniques, trends, and materials into the curriculum.
• Align lesson objectives with the center's goals to ensure consistent learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with instructors to refine and adapt lessons based on classroom feedback.
• Develop supporting materials such as worksheets, guides, and visual aids.
• Ensure lesson plans are age-appropriate, innovative, and aligned with the enrichment center’s standards.
• Conduct periodic reviews to improve and update the curriculum.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in curriculum development or a related role.
• Prior experience in an art-related teaching or training capacity is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, particularly in art education.
• A background in fine arts, education, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of various art techniques, mediums, and instructional methods.
• Creative thinking with a passion for fostering artistic growth in students.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with instructors and team members.
• Familiarity with child development and age-appropriate learning approaches is a plus.

Required to commit at least 3-4 days a week.

Coordination of structural works during construction process

Attending site meeting with contractor and other consultants.

Attending site issues, timely replies to RFI, coordinating VO (if any), material costing and estimation

Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve structure design discrepancies and construction issues

Attending technical and project coordination meeting with various disciplines.

Manage and resolve production, quality, design & engineering and schedule issue

Plan, design and supervise C&S Engineering works on HDB Projects, ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of PracticeCoordination of structural works during construction process
