REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in creative, media & entertainment industry or related field
• Proven experience as a copywriter with a strong portfolio of work across various platforms
• Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to write compelling and persuasive copy that engages and motivates the target audience
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with creative teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environme

· Service clients’ accounts and achieve sales targets

· Manage client’s expectations on project expectations

· Develop project execution strategy

· Obtain quotes from suppliers for materials/fittings for calculation of cost

· Prepare quotation and submission of tender/quotation

· Prepare project budgets and manage cost control based on clients’ budget

· Oversee kick-off meeting with clients

· Submit schedules, concept designs and sample materials for clients to review

· Update organiser/client on the commencement of work

· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure work is completed according to planned schedule

· Oversee handover of project and coordinate with clients regarding defects rectification

· Arrange for invoice billing to clients

· Ensure good client relationship and as primary point of contact for Clients' Project Management team

· Manage specialist design support services and take part in conversion process

· Perform any other adhoc duties

Responsibilities:

- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Auto-cad skill in drawing update and revision, record-keeping and control & update of Drawings.
- Prepare assembly and detail drawings on the basis of the information and
instruction provided
- Prepare and assists in drawing revisions are required
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Responsible for the project team drafting activities
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time
- Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Previous document control support or related work experience preferred.
- AutoCAD and MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel skills.
- Diploma / Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Able to handle multiple job sites / projects
• Able to liaise with factory carpenters carpentry production works
• Able to communicate fluently with client’s representative, landlord and authorities
• Able to conduct proper inspection for takeover and handover job site on time
• Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinating with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors
• Work closely with QS on all material ordering
• Assist the Project Director with additional Project Management responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in reading both ID and M&E drawings, including of ironing out discrepancies in drawings
• Experience in detailing installation works, both ID and M&E
• Experience in restaurant renovation will be an added advantage
• Candidates over 5 years project management or civil experience is an advantage.
• Be willing to work onsite and night for commercial projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Quickly learning ability.
• Good English and Chinese skill (Listening, oral, read and writing). Can communicate in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate ID works on site
• Assist the Project team in all aspect of project management such as project progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship, control of general workers
• To carry out coordination and liaisons with all relevant parties
• Support the Project manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of highest quality.
• Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site
• Conduct project site inspection.

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Knowledge in Bookkeeping

Prepare account reports, Payment Voucher, Claims and Invoices

To monitor and prepare monthly reports of AP/AR and Bank Statements

To submit quarterly GST report and URA (if needed)

To provide direct administrative support to interior designers.

Assist Interior Designer to prepare quotation for clients.

Input of data for materials / equipment etc.

To coordinate with Subcontractors and team

Purchasing, Filing and scanning

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
