Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" Level.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in the construction or renovation industry.
• Strong understanding of MOM regulations and HR policies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Detail-oriented, independent, and proactive.
• Have the knowledge and/or experienced with Accounts auditing or ISO is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Client Engagement:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure projects.
• Identify and source new business opportunities, including tender submissions (e.g., via GeBIZ).
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely follow-up with clients.

Project Management:

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants/architects, subcontractors, and internal team to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to the Director.

Workforce Management:

• Plan, schedule, and delegate tasks to workers and supervisors.
• Ensure the workforce complies with site safety and operational guidelines.

Technical and Administrative Support:

• Interpret and review project drawings and specifications.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including contracts and safety records and submission (eg. Risk Assessments etc).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or construction-related fields.
• Valid CSOC /BCSS certification (mandatory).
• Class 3 driving license (have own vehicle an added advantage, not a must).
• At least 3-4 years of experience in the construction, renovation and/or A&A industry.
• Knowledge of tendering processes and safety regulations.
• Strong multitasking, leadership, negotiation and organizational skills.

• Provides leadership to the sales team
• Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met
• Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
• Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts + Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams
• Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs
• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations
• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies
• Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses + Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.

Job Description

• Work on RTL to GDS, including synthesis, placement, clock tree insertion and routing.
• Responsible for GDS validation like DRC/LVS, timing closure sign-off, scan, validation etc.
• Design, implement and maintain synthesis, DFT and Static Timing Analysis scripts using best-in-class methodologies.
• Work closely with other groups like Analog Design, Systems, Applications and Production in determining architecture and specification of the products.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering with min 1 year experience
• Good experience and knowledge in design flow from Netlist to GDS, Floor Planning, Synthesis, route , STA, CTS, RC Extraction and correlation
• Static timing analysis, power and noise analysis and back-end verification across multiple projects.
• Proficient with backend design EDA tools, Synopsys ICC2 preferred
• Successfully track records of taping out complex SOC
• Working knowledge of deep sub-micron routing issues as they relate to power and timing.
• Proficiency using Perl and TCL
• Self-motivated team worker, good verbal and written communication skills
