As a Package Design Engineer within the Package Development and Engineering (PDE) organization in Micron Technology, you will provide package definition and designs for advanced semiconductor devices. You will be working with a multi-functional team across several geographies to create package design databases such as package stack-up, simulation, route-study, substrate/lead frame layout, wire bond diagrams, and other design documentation. • Ensure efficient Civil & Structural and Geotechnical & viaduct design is achieved in accordance with Design Criteria and relevant standards
• Liaise with internal and external parties on all civil & structural and geotechnical & viaduct design matters and advises the Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/Project Manager (PM) regularly
• Co-ordinate the review of Contractor's civil & structural and Geotechnical & Viaduct submission and assists the SPM/PM in conveying a timely response to the contractor
• Identify and resolve potential design related issues during construction phase
• Carry out any other duties as required by the Authority's Project management team, including attending technical meetings and discussions, preparation of minutes of technical meetings and to provide technical meetings and to provide technical support as required in the evaluations of Contractor's claims
• Ensure that the design intent is translated to construction on site by means of correct drawings and specifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards.
• Six Sigma certification or similar is an advantage.
• Able to communicate with Chinese clients
• Willingness to travel and work abroad in China or Vietnam for at least 10 months annually.
