• Design and execute marketing strategies through promotional campaigns to help artist build online presence, while organiser and promote events to generate buzz around new release from the artist.
• Identify and pursue new revenue streams for artists and working with licensing teams to explore opportunities for placements in other media platforms, while develop drive music sales and streaming growth through strategic campaign and platform optimization.
• Ensure that all music distribution and promotional activities adhere to regulations and cultural sensitivities while work closely with legal teams to handle artist contracts, rights management, and intellectual property concerns.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the music industry, with a strong focus on artist development, music promotion, or music business management, particularly in Chinese music. Strong network within Chinese music industry will be an added value.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Passion for music and the entertainment industry, with a deep interest in Chinese culture and market trends.

Job Descriptions:

1. Participate in high-level product specifications, microarchitecture and implementation of high-speed memory interfaces

2. Responsible for delivery of AMS circuits in SerDes, including the evaluation of different circuit topologies

3. Worked on high-speed serial and parallel interface design, defining specifications and implementing modules such as bandgap, bias circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, switched capacitor circuits, ADCs, DACs, oscillators, filters, Tx/Rx equalization techniques and circuits such as de emphasis, CTLE, DFE, CDR architecture and implementation, high-speed digital circuits (serializers, deserializers, counters, dividers, etc.)

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in communications, electronic engineering or computer engineering, master’s degree preferred

2. More than 4 years (senior engineer) and 6 years (staff engineer) of ASIC design experience, familiar with ASIC development process

3. Good AMS circuit design skills and EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, Hspice/Spectre, and static timing analysis tools (e.g., Nanotime)

4. Familiarity with high-speed interfaces such as DDR, SerDes, PCIe is preferred

5. Ability to solve customer problems and deliver results in a timely manner

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will be responsible to finish the design, modelling & drafting work allocated to you by your seniors in an efficient and timely manner. This job will entail completion of 3D models and engineering drawings, maintaining work documentation and keeping all projects organized. • Provide engineered design & engineering to clients from conceptual design till award of the project.
