(A) Essential Job Functions:

The Design Engineer (C&S) is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Coordination of civil/structural works for construction.
• To attend meetings with client, subcontractors and consultants, etc.
• Attend to site issues, ensuring timely response of RFI, coordinate CO substantiations, material costing and estimation.
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve structural design discrepancies and construction issues.
• Coordinate with consultants an liaise with authorities for updates and submissions of project design.
• Manage and resolve production, quality, design & engineering and schedule issues.
• Liaise and coordinate with other stakeholders and consultants on the design and technical issues relating to temporary works.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

(B) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Minimum Degree holder in Civil/Structural Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of engineering experience in the Construction industry.

(C) Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

• Working knowledge of general construction knowledge, especially in Civil Projects.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time.
• Ability to analyse and synthesize complex issues quickly.
• Able to work overtime and be on standby when required.

• Machine design in Mechanical aspect
• Perform mechanical part detailing
• BOM & machine manual writing
• Conduct machine acceptance with customer
• Co-ordination with sub-contractors for machine build
• Posses strong leadership quality and be self-motivated
• Experience in Solidwork 3D software to do mechanical design
• Good knowledge and experience in machine automation
• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Architecture / Interior Design, Building and Construction, Design, Engineering, General Management, Manage the Project, Prepare the Auto Cad drawing for New projects and upgrading works to Submit Clints when necessary, manage the Project. Manage the employees, Prepare Tender and Quotations when necessary. Monitor Project, Attend Meeting, arrange Meeting ect. Monitor clients and Project. Assist the Project when necessary. Work with Team works ect.
