As a Senior BIM Engineer, you will report directly to the Design Manager and play a critical role in managing and executing BIM processes for ACMV/HVAC systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Design Engineer is responsible for assisting the Senior/Technical Manager on structural analysis and design compliance are met for the project.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Conduct structure analysis.
• Provide technical engineering information to ensure compliance with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions.
• Develop architectural/engineering drawings and ensure specifications/regulations are followed.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other departments to ensure that the design intentions are met.
• Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimation whenever required.
