About the role: Support the design and construction management of various Civil and Structural Systems for industrial buildings, with a focus on concrete and steel structures. Assist in the development, design, and execution of these systems across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers in delivering projects on time, within budget, and following quality standards.
- Prepare, issue, and assess tender packages for construction projects.
- Collaborate with Architectural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical, and Quantity Surveying teams to ensure design and construction alignment.
- Address and resolve site-related design issues efficiently.
- Communicate and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage timely submissions and approvals from relevant local authorities.
- Stay updated on the latest industry practices, engineering trends, and technical advancements to maintain a high level of competence.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in design and construction.
- Preferably with experience in industrial building design and construction, with a focus on precast structures and long-span roof trusses.
- Hands-on site experience in piling, sub-structure, and superstructure works involving reinforced concrete, steel structures, and precast elements.
- Experience collaborating with Process, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, as well as Quantity Surveyors.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with consultants and contractors.
- Experience in reviewing shop drawings for precast and steel structures, and providing detailed design input for computer-aided design teams.
- Strong knowledge of element design based on relevant codes and standards.
- Proficiency with structural design software such as STAAD-Pro, Prokon, Orion, or similar tools (if applicable).

About the role: Lead the design and implementation of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems for large-scale projects, spanning the tender, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client acceptance phases. This includes designing control systems, instrumentation, cabling, and cable support systems for industrial, commercial, and process equipment facilities, with support from the Lead Engineer as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Laed the design of control systems, instrumentation, cabling, and cable support systems for industrial facilities, process equipment, and commercial buildings.
• Design and implement Life Safety Systems, including Public Address, Access Control, CCTV, Gas Detection, and Fire Alarm systems, with guidance from the Lead Engineer if necessary.
• Design IT cabling systems, with support from the Lead Engineer as required.
• Develop essential project documents such as P&IDs, instrument and I/O lists, Sequence of Operations, Logic Diagrams, and Cause-and-Effect matrices with support from the Lead Engineer.
• Manage ELV packages throughout the project lifecycle, including design, procurement, and construction, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Coordinate and schedule ELV supervisors' activities to meet project milestones.
• Collaborate with other disciplines during the design phase to integrate their requirements into the ELV system design.
• Conduct technical evaluations of vendor submissions and approve shop drawings.
• Prepare procedures for testing and commissioning individual systems and oversee subcontractors during the commissioning phase.
• Supervise ELV engineers, designers, and draftsmen in preparing detailed design documents, such as cable routing plans, hookup drawings, wiring diagrams, schedules, and P&IDs.
• Prepare ELV system tender packages, including specifications and drawings.
• Ensure familiarity with the latest country codes, industry practices, and engineering trends.
• Contribute to tendering and estimating for ELV system works during the pre-award phase.
• Evaluate and provide recommendations during technical bid evaluations and project execution.
• Compile and review the Operation and Maintenance Dossier for projects.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Controls Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in the design and construction of control systems.
• Proven experience in designing, installing, programming, and commissioning processes and building control systems.
• Expertise in designing, selecting, installing, and commissioning instrumentation for process and building control systems.
• Experience with Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including Fire Alarm, Security Systems, and IT data networks.
• Background in advanced technology facilities, life sciences, chemicals, energy, environment technologies, high-tech infrastructure, and process automation.
• Solid experience in construction management, particularly in ELV systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Conduct research on industry trends in EDA technologies and back-end processes, and create a development roadmap for digital back-end EDA technologies based on business requirements.

2. Analyze business needs for the digital backend, abstract business models, design competitive solutions, and collaborate with software development personnel to implement the solutions using EDA or in-house technologies.

3. Develop the digital back-end design end-to-end operation platform and develop a competitive physical design methodology.

4. Cooperate with digital backend experts to develop the AI optimization process for PPAC optimization.

Requirements:

1. At least holding a Bachelor's degree with a major in computer science, mathematics, or AI.

2. 5+ years of experience in developing AI applications, with a strong understanding of AI techniques.

3. Experience developing machine learning and LLM.

4. Familiar with data structure, dynamic programming, multi-threading, distributed computing, and other heuristics algorithms.

5. Experience with C++ programming in a Linux environment. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Tcl/Python/Yaml.

6. Familiar with commercial EDA digital chip physical design tools and ASIC design flow; including static timing analysis, logic synthesis, P&R, optimization, CTS, Route, and other domains.

7. Familiar with algorithms and optimization methods such as layout design, layout floorplan and routing, statistical timing analysis, physical synthesis, power consumption analysis, and delay calculation.

8. Experience with front-end and back-end tools at advanced technology nodes, preferably with cutting-edge EDA tools.
