We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chinese-language Content Producer to create commercial content in film and series production.

Producer work is difficult to define as there are multiple responsibilities depending on the project involved. Each day brings new challenges and problems to solve. The team will count on you for various crucial tasks, from organizing meetings with important clients, and preparing contracts, to supervising and assisting with production.

Responsibilities

• Working on Chinese language content projects in both films and series.
• Prepare decks to pitch to networks, clients and partnering agencies.
• Manage projects from the development stage till delivery.
• Manage logistics of production to ensure smooth operation.
• Work closely with directors to provide creative coordination.
• Prepare production budget and schedule for assigned projects.
• Monitor and control production expenditure within the approved budget.
• Provide production support for international projects.

Requirements

• A strong interest in storytelling and filmmaking.
• Min. 3 years of production experience
• Educational discipline relevant in film, media and arts preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Organizational and Administrative skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Candidate must be able to read and write in both English and Chinese due to handling Chinese-language content production.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with all theatre departments and collate information
• Collaborate with the Production Manager regarding budgets
• Supervise the set, lighting, and sound installation
• Create a prompt script compiled with notes on Actors’ cues and requirements for props, lighting, and sound
• Make alterations to the set and props between scene changes
• Cue the Lighting and Sound Technicians
• Create a risk assessment to ensure the safety of the full company

• Proven work experience as a Stage Manager or similar role

Summary:

The Associate Producer will play a key role in supporting the production of events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills and a passion for creative solutions. The Associate Producer will work closely with senior producers, creative teams, and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing projects.
• Work closely with the Account Managers and Senior Producers to develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Support the development of creative concepts and proposals in response to client briefs.
• Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Assist in on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and gather client feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to projects.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in event production, project management, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.

To supervise & train a team of jewellery engravers. Ensure quality control of final products according to clients specification. Have good eye for details and jewellery design.

Working Experience - 10 years and above desirable.

Working days/hours - 5.5days /44 hours per week

Gross Salary - $3,500 per month

• Identify requirements and features for semiconductor equipment and create concepts and architecture of new equipment.
• Design mechanical systems which involve the selection and use of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps, and valves.
• Responsible for design verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations and product requirements.
• Create a detailed Mechanical drawing and apply analysis tools like Fish Bone Diagram and FMEA.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Die Sorter.
• Familiar with 3D CAD software.
