<Job Scope>

- Lead an architectural project design team to develop architectural design from feasibility study/concept stage to construction documentation.

Be a key member of the architectural project design team to develop architectural design from feasibility study/concept design/schematic design stage to construction documentation.

- Architectural planning, designing, supervising, and consulting related matters, including coordination of the relevant parties, liaising with the relevant authorities, planning, drafting, designing, supervising, or consulting of urban or architectural projects.

- Preparation of presentation materials, including collating necessary information, editing presentation materials/documents, composing computer graphics images and movies, coordinating with the desk top publishing team and finalizing the presentation materials.

- Prepare, review and manage design deliverables.

- Familiar with computational design software and to be a part of the design development team that looks into new software and technologies that may improve the design team’s capabilities
