· Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college or university

· Typically, a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the design and application of engineered offshore drilling and production equipment, preferably in an oilfield equipment manufacturing environment.

Preferred Requirements

· Knowledge of connectors, diverters and mudlines will be of added advantage.

*Follow-up on outstanding invoices and assist in generating reports for payments to suppliers

*Keep records of payments & receipts from customers

*Generate reports of Sales Designer for claims of their commission

*Keep proper filing and documentation of suppliers invoices, Sales projects & payments

*Knowledge of basic accounts & book-keeping will be an advantage

*Perform other ad-hoc administration duties

*General administrative duties such as filing,

*well-versed in Microsoft office (MS, Excel,Word, Outlook)

*familiar with GST submission

*pleasant personalitiy/independent/ able to converse in English, Mandarin and simple Malay an advantage

*administrative experience : 2 years (preferred)

*willing to work in North area

Job Responsibility

• Conduct Art related (e.g. Visual Arts, Manga Drawing, Animation, Stop Motion Animation and etc) Workshop
• Good Classroom Management ( 30 - 40 students)
• Set up and facilitate lessons
• Carry out Art programmes according to lesson plan

Job Requirements

• Must be AMIS & MOE eIRS registered (Please attach AMIS/ MOE eIRS slip clearly in your application/ resume.
• Able to travel across Singapore on assignments
• Able to handle MOE classes and students
• Responsible, independent, cheerful, self-motivated and shows initiative
• Fluent in English
