We're on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive to not only assist in our online efforts but also to immerse themselves in the art of design while honing their digital marketing skills.

Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll have the unique opportunity to learn and contribute simultaneously. You'll work closely with our experienced marketing team and collaborate across departments to help shape our online presence. This role is designed for someone who's excited to roll up their sleeves, absorb industry insights, and make a real impact on our brand's journey.

Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns that tell our design stories and attract potential clients.
• Assist in managing our social media platforms by curating content and engaging with our audience.
• Learn to craft and deploy email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute ideas and assist in generating visual and written content for our online channels.
• Monitor and gather insights on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, and contribute to strategy adjustments.
• Stay curious and keep up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing advancements.

Qualifications:

• A passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in interior design.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field is a plus, but not necessary
• While experience is beneficial, we value eagerness to learn and grow over previous roles.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and online engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and collaborative attitude within a team-driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to adapt strategies based on data

Roles & Responsibilities

• Instruction taking from Project Managers and execute tasks with motivation;

• To design, draft, and meeting with clients & consultants;

• To execute task with contribution of effective methodologies in designs of applications;

• To motivated the team responsibly to accomplish the delegated task;

• Lead the team.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma of related studies in Building Construction Industry;

• Must with at least 2 years of working experience in design, preferably in façade trade;

• Must be experienced in AutoCAD drafting and Revit modelling;• Shop drawing, MTO and cutting list

• Strong learning attitude with “never give-up” spirit;

• Preferably with possession of a Class 3 driving licence with own vehicle;

• Preferably Singaporean to apply.

• Reports to the Project Director
• Lead a team of design engineers/drafters to ensure smooth workflow
• Review all structural design-related matters with Client(LTA) / Authorities / Design consultant / Subcontractor
• Prepare and submit all design deliverables to LTA
• Provide advice to the construction team, and highlight potential design risks to all stakeholders

Job requirements:

• At least a Master Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, recognized by the PE Board, Ph.D. is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant project experience in civil design for A1 MNC construction firm; inclusive of 5 years in a managerial role
• Candidate should possess experience in the design of vehicular structures and road projects of similar scale & complexity to our project
• Technical expertise and knowledge in bridges, concrete structures, and viaduct design are essential for this position
• Proficient with all stages of the development cycle for Design and Build projects.

Job descriptions:

• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
• To ensure good workmanship
• Build items by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
• Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated
• Assembles, install, and repairs furniture in client's place using hand tools
• Coordinating jobsites
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company etc

Requirements:

• Secondary/ Nitec Education (Techinical & Maintenance)
• At least two years of relevant working experience as a finished carpenter
• Able to perform shift duties and work on weekends / Public Holidays
