• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in an MNC A1 construction firm, inclusive of experience in vehicular structures and road projects of similar scale and complexity is required for this position
• Experiences in soil investigation, instrumentation and improvement design is required.
• Pile foundation, load testing and integrity testing knowledge preferred.

Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Project Engineer.

Work with Engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and design documentation.

Work closely with Designers, Drafters, and Engineers to ensure coordination design effort is maintained.

Complete project responsibilities within scope, budget and schedule.

Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.

Maintain all revisions of project drawings.

Update and maintain drafting log.

Develop 3D models by analyzing prototypes and 2D drawings.

Examine and check engineering drawings for compliance with cited specifications.

Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team.

Participate in project meetings and conference calls as required.

Prepare engineering documents for customer.

• Responsible for 3D product design and its requirements

• Lead in Mechanical and Engineering Design for Process Development or Product Design or Engineering solutions

• Create proof of concepts

• Generate engineering drawing with proper GD&T and Tolerance Stack up

• Define test requirements needed for all the designed products

• Perform Patent search for possible design infringement

• Drive Projects with tight timeline

• Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

• 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Good exposure in Plastic Injection molded parts design

• Knowledge of product design, engineering plastics behavior, product certification

• Knowledge of CAE simulation will be an added advantage

• Competent in Engineering calculations

• Hands on 3D CAD & CAE experience

• Good problem-solving skills with strong technical acumen

You will participate in the specification, design and design maintenance of high-tech mechatronic system solutions for professional mechatronic equipment, and enable optimal functionality and cost effective engineering of those systems. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic engineering, preferably with a focus on motion systems and with experience in high-tech equipment
• Basic knowledge in the (motion) control competence:

1. Frequency domain
2. Controller design
3. Measurement systems
4. Actuator systems
5. Understanding of different drivers + motors

• Knowledge in PLC programming, preferably TwinCAT
• Knowledge in data postprocessing, preferably Python/Matlab
• Basic knowledge in general software design for motion control systems
