Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and Design

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models as needed.

• Collaborate with designers to convert concepts into functional layouts.

• Develop joinery and furniture design details with accurate specifications.

2. Coordination

• Coordinate with project teams, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.

• Revise drawings based on feedback and changes to project requirements.

3. Compliance and Standards

• Ensure drawings meet building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

• Maintain a high standard of accuracy in all technical drawings.

4. Documentation

• Organize and maintain drawing archives for easy retrieval and reference.

• Assist in preparing design presentations with accurate visual documentation.

5. Project Support

• Assist in material selection and creating mood boards if required.

• Visit project sites for measurements, design clarifications, and progress updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant tools.

• Strong understanding of interior design principles and space planning.

• Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.

• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and materials.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in interior design drafting or a similar role.

We are seeking an individual to support our business in printing and canvas stretching/framing. This job would be based at our factory space at 48 Toh Guan Road.

Whilst some experience would be preferable we are more than willing to onboard someone with no experience providing you have the right attitude and drive to learn.

The job loosely involves:

• Handling print jobs on a range of media - typically paper and canvas based prints on large format printers such as the Canon Pro-566.
• Operating the printer, such as loading & unloading media, creating print jobs, handling post print and distribution.
• Manufacturing canvas stretcher bars, which involves basic measurements and the usage of two pieces of simple machinery.
• Stretching canvases over these wooden stretcher bars.
• General tasks such as packaging, producing shipping labels and generally supproting in keeping the factory tidy.

Base salary would be dependent on existing experience but we are also open to agreeing a commission based portion based on the overall performance of the business each month and the individuals contribution in terms of the number of pieces produced.

NTI-NTU Corporate Laboratory is a collaboration between Nanofilm Technologies International Limited (“Nanofilm”, “NTI”), Nanyang Technological University (“NTU”) and supported by Singapore under RIE2025. The Laboratory’s objective is to propel Innovation and Technologies commercialisation through NTU’s innovation and NTI’s deep technology. The Nanyang Technological University NTI-NTU Corporate Laboratory is seeking to hire a Research Associate. The selected candidate will innovate Optical and Metasurface Design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for optical system design and development for metasurface based SLM 3D Holograph Display, Near-Eye Display, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality etc. applications.
• Good experience on optical lens and system (e.g. Metalens) design
• Research meeting arrangement with project PIs and researchers
• Perform and analyze material/optics characterization
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations for meetings and project deliverables.

Job Requirements:

• A Master degree in the areas of Optical Engineering and/or Photonics devices and System.
• Knowledge and/or experience in using optical simulation tools such as Zemax, CodeV etc.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and also in a team environment.

Job scope:

-Propose ideas on interior designs and space planning

-Produce interior design drawings, 3D drawings & quotations

-Work closely with client, contractors & suppliers to ensure quality project completion & timeline set are met

-Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of materials

-Other tasks as assigned by company's director

Requirements:

-Specialised in interior design or equivalent

-Able to communicate & write in both English & Mandarin in order to communicate with our mandarin speaking subcontractors & customers

-Knowledge in Autocad, sketchup, 3D max, Vray, photoshop, excel

-Responsible, committed and have a good working attitude

-Able to work independently and be a team player at the same time

-Able to start work at short notice

Responsibilities:

• Create mixed-signal verification and coverage strategies tailored to complex IC designs, aligning with design architecture and specifications.
• Construct verification testbenches using standard verification languages and methodologies, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Author and execute test cases to validate mixed-signal circuits, focusing on functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Analyze verification results meticulously, offering constructive feedback to design teams for improvements.
• Collaborate closely with design and layout teams to pinpoint and resolve any design issues encountered during verification.
• Innovate and refine verification methodologies, tools, and techniques to enhance scalability and portability.
• Provide final sign-off on mixed-signal designs, ensuring readiness for tape-out.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical & electronic or equivalents and with minimum 7 years of working experience.
• Proficient in analog and mixed-signal circuit design and verification principles.
• Capability to formulate test plans, deliver presentations on findings, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with verification methodologies and tools including simulators, waveform viewers, automated execution, simulation time optimization, and coverage analysis.
• Proficient in programming abilities, capable of crafting efficient scripts or programs in languages such as Perl, Python, and/or C.
