Our client is a leading reputable A1 main contractor renowned for their impressive portfolio of iconic mixed development, residential, industrial and theme parks building projects across Singapore. They’re now looking for a Senior/C&S Design Engineer to join them for an iconic mixed development project, supporting their ongoing contributions to the Singapore building landscape.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in the design and coordination of the civil and structural aspects of our construction projects.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure that all structural elements are designed to meet project specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure the design complies with all requirement
• Prepare and present technical engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications for project designs.
• Participate in the value engineering process to ensure cost-effective and efficient design solutions.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant C&S design experience with building projects
• Ideally experienced with working in A1 main contractor

Job Summary

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the architecture and design of cloud-native application end-to-end. You will be part of an agile team responsible for products used by the Financial Industry and MAS officers for Financial Supervision function.

Key Responsibilities

· Work with business teams and product owners to ideate Solution Architecture and Design.

· Govern implementation to align the proposed solution and design

· Support development teams by providing advice and guiding the engineers in solving technical problems, code review

· Improve software quality using cloud-native and Agile development practices such as TDD, automated CI/CD

· Assist QA on test automation and identify technical pitfalls and challenges.

· Work with other architect to align reusable libraries design

What we are looking for

· Good Bachelor Degree or Master Degree with minimally 7 years of relevant working experience in application development and design, and business analysis

· Strong knowledge of solution architectures and integration patterns

· Ability to design and develop large scale applications to solve complex business problems

· Proficient in .Net, Java, React.js, Node.js, MYSQL and MongoDB

· Familiar with multi-paradigm programming languages

· Experience in software development lifecycle in an Agile Scrum context

· Experience in OAuth2/OpenID connect

· Experience in containers, microservices and DevSecOps technologies

· Familiar with cloud-native technology.

· Experience in designing and developing applications in AWS cloud environment. Certification on AWS cloud technology is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for marketing design initiatives and campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Conceptualise and design creative, intuitive and brand-consistent visual assets for both digital and print collaterals such as brochures, print-ads, graphic content for website, social media, email (EDM) communications and other digital platforms
• Liaise with print vendors and external resources to ensure optimal results in marketing collaterals production
• Work closely with brand owners and chefs on photoshoot, menu/packaging design and marketing display props
• Ensure a consistent design language is applied whilst maintaining consistency in visual elements and defining behaviour
• Work closely together with the graphic designers & brand owners to design a unique digital identity for our brands

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Proficient in Design, Photography, Photo and Video editing software (i.e. Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Good working knowledge in print design and production
• Good understanding of design principles and typography, with attention to details.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute work task under pressure with a strong desire to succeed
• Photography styling experience & videography knowledge will be high regarded
• Possess a positive attitude, with a passionate and creative mind
• An effective team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Experience in digital strategy related to problem-solving charge, helping to connect the dots between the needs, wants, and desires of the customer and the business, brand, and marketing goals would be an added advantage

Mechanical Design and System Integration: Lead the mechanical design of UPW and

wastewater treatment systems, including the selection and sizing of equipment such as

process vessels, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, dewatering devices, and other

mechanical components. Ensure seamless integration of these components into the overall

treatment system.

ØEquipment Specification and Procurement: Prepare technical specifications for mechanical

equipment and work with vendors to procure the required components. Evaluate equipment

proposals and make recommendations based on technical and budgetary considerations.

ØProject Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers and other engineering

disciplines to plan and execute UPW and wastewater treatment projects. Participate in project

meetings, design reviews, and progress assessments to ensure project objectives are met.

ØMechanical Engineering Analysis: Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and

modeling to assess the performance and reliability of mechanical systems. Address technical

challenges and propose solutions to optimize system performance.

ØQuality Control and Compliance: Ensure that all mechanical designs and installations comply

with applicable codes, standards, and industry best practices. Conduct quality control reviews

to verify design integrity and safety.

Ø Cost Estimation and Budget Management: Collaborate with the project team to prepare cost

estimates for mechanical components and equipment. Identify cost-saving opportunities

where applicable.
