Job Scope:

You will assist the Transformation team in the following areas:

· Design internal comms content, e.g. EDMs, articles, infographics, bite-sized videos, etc.

· Publish and maintain the repository of the internal comms content

· Provide administrative and logistics support for staff well-being initiatives and staff engagement activities

· Perform tasks associated with the planning and execution of events

Requirements:

• Diploma holder and above
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as an individual and in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. PowerPoint and Word
• Proficient in graphic design, video editing software and have good knowledge of social media/design/communications trends

Scope of Work:

· Content strategy and execution – content research and planning, copywriting, producing visual assets for digital channels

· Content plan for social media platforms including copywriting

· Content updates and uploads on digital platforms

· Graphic Design for content creation

· Content creation such as videos, gifs, graphic design but not limited to

· Social media management - Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.

· E-mail marketing: prepare and schedule eDMs, track performance and optimise over time.

· Identify content opportunities

· On site photography, videography and content production.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Min 3 years of experience in automation operations with product design skills

· Able to manage existing Automation systems and improvements for new systems

· Strong in computer aided design, or CAD.

· Expertise in 2D/3D modeling and rendering.

· Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturing (DFM).

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Able to demonstrate innovative past product designs through a portfolio or simple case studies

· Comfortable in structural analysis, or FEA

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

These products aim to enable the next-generation of data communication systems using high speed wireline transmission, empowering the ever growing digital revolution. You will work within a group of design experts interfacing with layout, overseas design teams to create detailed specifications, innovative designs to meet the technological requirements.

Key responsiblities:

• Planning and designing of high speed analog IC for Serdes application based on design requirements
• Perform circuit simulation and optimization to meet specification
• Prepare and discuss circuit, results of design in design reviews
• Conduct IC verification and debugging to ensure silicon perform according to design.
• Work with layout engineer for device level design to realize best circuit response
• Work with application engineers to support customer application issues

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or equivalent.
