You are responsible for designing, editing and production of corporate collaterals as well as support ongoing design needs for the department and other internal stakeholders. In addition, you will support key corporate photography and videography projects in KKH as well review video scripts and provide filming counsel.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or relevant Diploma with eight years’ experience.
• Certificate in Basic Photography.
• At least two years’ experience in graphic design, photography and videography.
• Able to operate, maintain and troubleshoot photography equipment.
• Good knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva etc.
• Knowledge of current and developing trends in photography and videography technology, methodology and technique.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Working Location: Just opposite Paya Lebar MRT

Responsibilities:

- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients

- Site & project management from inception to handover

- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines

- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors and own workers to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements:

- Competent knowledge and passion for excellence in design

- Site and project management experience

- Working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet software

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD would be advantageous

- Preference for candidates who are bilingual

- Creative thinking, innovative, confident & positive working attitude

- Great sense of ownership and responsibility

- Meticulous, efficient, well organized and able to multi-task

- Able to work independently & as a team to meet project timelines

Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 + Commission

Working Days: 5 Day Work Week including weekends

Jobs Scope:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on interior styling solutions.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing product displays and store layouts.
• Stay updated on latest interior design trends and product knowledge.
• Make appointments with customers for Interior Design Service.
• Follow up actively on sales orders, deliveries and claims to ensure a high level of after-sales service.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent is a plus.

Electrical and Control Design Engineer

• Working day: Monday – Friday
• Working Hour: 8:30am - 6:15pm
• Salary range: $3,200 - $5,800
• Location: Woodlands

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements. Design, develop and test industrial robotic equipment/machine.
• Design electrical control system make electrical schematic drawings using E3 . (ePLAN knowledge will be added advantage) .
• Source and select control components and place order for the components.
• Execute control system set up, IO system, servo & step drive set up, axis tuning.
• Provide technical support on site.
• Good in documentation knowledge especially TCF.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and / or Electronics Engineering.
• Min 3 Years of relevant experience.
• Added advantage but not mandatory: programing skill of PLC (Beckhoff preferred), motion controllers, robots and touch panels.
