• Ensure efficient Civil & Structural and Geotechnical & viaduct design is achieved in accordance with Design Criteria and relevant standards
• Liaise with internal and external parties on all civil & structural and geotechnical & viaduct design matters and advises the Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/Project Manager (PM) regularly
• Co-ordinate the review of Contractor's civil & structural and Geotechnical & Viaduct submission and assists the SPM/PM in conveying a timely response to the contractor

Criteria:

As an AIGC/ Gen AI architect, you will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of image & video generation technology for online AI applications. You will design and implement advanced image & video generation models capable of generating target images with different styles (e.g., in news, gaming applications). Additionally, you will stay abreast of the latest research developments in the image & video generative-AI technology field to ensure our solutions remain industry-leading.

As an AIGC/ Gen AI architect in Singapore, you will design and implement image & video generation models to support the content generation tasks in AI application. Key domains of focus include text to image generation, image to image generation, text to video generation, and image to video generation.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and apply the latest image/video generation models for various AI applications (e.g., gaming and news).
• Design and develop the text to image, image to image, text to video generation methods based on application objectives.
• Fine-tune the image and video generation models based on different targets, e.g., to generate images/video in different styles.
• Develop and train other relevant models (e.g., LoRA, ControlNet) to optimize generative content quality.
• Model inference and speed optimization to achieve online application latency requirements.
• Ability to identify the reasons on generated image/video quality issues, and find out possible solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the latest image or video generation models, such as SDXL, SD 3 Medium, Stable Video Diffusion, etc.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) with experience in building end-to-end online image/video generation applications (e.g., for chatbots/agents).

• Define design outcomes, product quality and co-own product strategy.
• Lead design - managing Design Managers and overseeing multiple design teams, ensuring they operate cohesively and deliver high-quality work.
• Mentor and develop Design Managers, helping them advance in their careers.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and scale the overall strategic direction and growth of the organization.
• Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the design team.
• Propose, shape and drive initiatives that further the design organisation and its vision.
• Evangelise for and safeguard quality across the organisation - advocating for and establishing new standards of quality.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 7+ years experience managing high performing design teams.
• An online portfolio or case studies demonstrating user-centred design and leadership.
• Exceptional understanding of user experience design for the web and mobile.
• Extensive leadership experience on cross-functional product teams.
• Experience managing User Research, Service Design, UX Writing or Design Operations.

The job scope includes:

• Work with the management to plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Create vibrant and engaging graphics and short-form videos to drive traffic to the company
• Develop and execute content strategies
• Track and analyse conversions to identify opportunities
• Execute digital marketing campaigns according to our roadmap, including SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Seek potential collaboration and tie-ups with other companies
• Any other marketing and business development-related tasks

Requirements:

• Must be savvy with social media platforms such as FaceBook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, YouTube
• Familiar with creating ads on the above-mentioned platofmrs
• Good at copywriting and have a good command of English
• Able to write in Chinese is an advantage
