We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Graphic Designer/Marketing Executive to support all areas of our brand. This is a vital role that will oversee all design and creative vision of different channels, including but not limited to social media, website, and print.

We are looking for a team player who will be working in the marketing department to create design for our marketing/events campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who has skills in graphic designing and print experience.

Responsibilities:

· Report to the Assistant Vice President of Marketing to produce all collateral and final design

· As a brand custodian: Have an excellent ability to design for the brand, but also possess an aesthetic sense that will push boundaries so that designs always have an edge

· Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources such as brand assets, visuals assets, which are required for recording keeping and referencing

· Ensure all collateral and content is on-brand across all platforms

· Have a good understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

· Work well and closely with team members across multiple departments

· Support digital initiatives by designing key communications for social media, eDMs, website etc

· Be comfortable assisting with simple tasks like image resizes, all the way up to brainstorming key visuals for campaigns and ideation on visual style

· Ability to work on multiple projects without compromising on timelines

Requirements

· A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications or related field preferred

· Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Design or related fields

· High sense of design sensibility to take ideas and execute with finesse

· Great multitasker

· Reliable, focused and detail oriented (it’s all in the details!)

· Able to receive constructive criticism.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite especially in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design

Responsibilities:

Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations, including administrativeoversight
• Develop and implement operational systems and service flows
• Ensure budget compliance, manage KPIs and financial reports
• Organize and manage events as part of our strategy inalignement with SAMH’s Vision and Mission

Business development and stakeholder engagement

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare and etc.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
• Well versed with planning, codes and building regulations and be updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements.
• Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of sustainable design project experience.
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.

Requirements

• Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of post graduate architectural experience.
• Bim/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.

Other information

• 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served)
