Responsibilities:

• Preparation and production of building mechanical & electrical services tender and authorty submission drawings.
• Maintain and improving of office drafting standards, standard symbols and libraries, legend, etc
• Assist Engineers in design works.
• Monitoring and tracking of project drawing production schedule and schedule dates.

Requirements:

• Recognised ITC/Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Building Services from reputable ITE/Polytechnic with relevant experience in the building industry
• Conversant with Singapore building services Codes, Regulations and requirements is compulsory.
• Conversant with international codes would be an advantage.
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite and Autocad softwares.
• Conversant with Revit software will be an advantage.

8. believes that the arts can communicate children's interests, expressions, imaginations and ideas effectively and children can be taught to present them with language through the arts.

Requisites:

• good communication and presentation skills;
• excellent classroom, time and student management skills;
• strong initiative and attitude towards nurturing, teaching and learning;
• strong artistic knowledge and fine art techniques;

Qualifications

• at least a professional qualification in art, art education, visual arts, fine arts;
• certified with early childhood qualifications will be a plus point;
• skill and experience in pottery and ceramics will also be an advantage;
• skill and experience in digital platforms will also be an advantage;
