Key Responsibilities
1. Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or Whatapps chat regarding products, pricing, delivery and quality.
2. Resolve Customer Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints related to food quality, safety, or
delivery issues.
3. Process Customer Orders: Assist with processing customer orders, including managing inventory, tracking
shipments, and resolving order discrepancies.
4. Provide Product Information: Offer information and support to customers about food products, ingredients, allergens, and nutritional content.
5. Collaborate with Production and Logistics Teams: Work with production and logistics teams to resolve
customer issues related to product availability, delivery, or quality.
Secondary Responsibilities
1. Maintain Customer Records: Update customer records and databases with accurate information, including
contact details, order history, and preferences.
2. Participate in Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, such as product testing, to ensure
customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
3. Support New Product Launches: Assist with launching new food products, including providing customer
support, training, and product information.
4. Monitor Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for
improvement.
Requirements
1. Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations, such as HACCP, GMP, and allergen
management.
2. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer
service.
3. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with food products, ingredients, and nutritional content.
4. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple customer inquiries, and meet deadlines.
5. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to resolve customer
issues.
