Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the marine/offshore industry Machinery/ Piping new-building engineering design.
• Familiar with Auto-CAD/ Microsoft Office/ AVEVA
• Familiar with Rules and Regulation from Classification Society and Authorities.
• Familiar with theory and calculation of marine/offshore Mechanical & Piping Design.

• To generate creative ideas and solutions to support brand and marketing strategies.
• Responsible for full project lifecycle, managing the end-to-end design process from concept to execution that includes creative support for social media channels and e-commerce platforms.
• Conceptualize, design and execute creative graphic artwork for marketing and communications-related items in the web and digital media (Shopify, e-commerce images etc.), as well as offline such as product packaging, posters and other marketing materials.
• Manage multiple creative projects involving banners, web pages and graphic content for social media, websites and mobile apps. Work closely with the internal team to develop concepts for assigned projects and adhoc activities.
• Good understanding of business/marketing directives and briefs with the ability to assist in brand developments.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing initiatives, propose innovative ideas to produce effective brand communications for in-house digital online and offline campaigns projects. Good understanding of creative design, layout and typography with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Liaison with external vendors to ensure marketing materials are correctly produced and installed/utilized.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline with 1 year of relevant experience in UX, visual and Ads design
• Proficient is Adobe design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Creative Suite and image editing software
• Understanding of basic front-end language: HTML, CSS and JavaScript would be advantage
• Lifestyle F&B/ FMCG Industry experience preferred
• Able to work across multiple brands

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all construction and technical documents for the company. She will be implementing processes and tools, providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems, distributing documents, and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for creating and maintaining a filing system that supports efficient informationmanagement with the project team.

•Effectively follow the Company’s standard operating procedures in submissions of documents andresponsible for complying with Project Control System procedures for proper documentation.

•Conduct regular review audits to ensure information on all records is accurate and up to date.

Not all employees follow the standard format thus making it the responsibilityof a Document Controller to edit documents that have typographical errors and other types of errorsthat may lead to the disqualification of a document.

•Submission of samples, drawing, ISO document and progress weekly report to respectivestakeholders.

•Follow up with consultants for the approval of samples, including coordination with the tradeconductors.

•Responsible for submitting corporate documents punctually ensuring that ISGs quality standards aremet. Documents with poor quality may lead to further an operational problem hence it is important tosubmit each document with standard quality.

•Keep track on submission of shop drawings, once approved, copies of the updated drawings are tobe printed and sent to site.

•Ensure that all documents are submitted to their pre-designated departments before the requiredsubmission date expires in order to make submissions early.
