Main Responsibilities:

• Implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and manage vendors, including contract development and compliance, and vendor performance

• Issue of Purchase Order, updating of Purchase Orders status and Project Cost updating.
• Exercises a good working knowledge of materials and sources of supply and makes purchases at prices consistent with quality and quantity requirements

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow module like CSM, FSM & IT service management (ITSM) and extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing End to End ServiceNow solutions (Within ServiceNow & External systems integrations) to meet the needs of our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support various processes for ITSM, CSM & FSM etc.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external interfaces, including Government Cloud Community (GCC) interfaces like Whole of Government (WOG) interfaces.
• Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules within the ServiceNow platform.
