Job Scope

• Able to coordinate and guide the operations team through the renovation process, provide advice and support, and ensure that the projects are delivered to the best quality, on time and within budget.
• Responsible for direct customer communication from project planning to schedule to completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities:

· To liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client team to ensure delivery of design intent.

· Preparation of tender documents and specifications.

· To assist and support the office in any type of architectural project.

The Search team is mainly responsible for the search algorithm innovation and architecture research and development of Douyin, international short video, Jinri TouTiao, Watermelon video and other products, as well as e-commerce, life services and other businesses. Responsibilities:

• Mentor a team of engineers in Basic design to carry out Hull form and General arrangement development, Hydrodynamic and stability calculations for a tender or ongoing projects.
• Assist in the development of new products.
