We’re expanding our core design team and looking for a talented and motivated Intermediate Interior

Designer to join our Singapore office. If you're passionate about hospitality design and eager to work on large-scale international projects, this is an excellent opportunity for you. With a focus on hospitality, we offer the chance to gain international experience while working on projects across Southeast Asia, India, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll collaborate closely with Senior Interior Designer/Design Lead, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the development of innovative, high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Senior Designers to develop creative, practical concepts that align with project goals.
• Prepare interior design documentation, from presentation materials to detailed technical documents, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with local and international building codes, as well as hotel operator standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to maintain design integrity throughout the project.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with expertise in executing hospitality and/or residential projects from concept to construction documentation, particularly on large-scale international projects.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, and other design software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers

Salary Range:

• SGD 5,000 to 7,000

Job Description:

• Create initial PV module layout arrangement for new solar projects
• Interpreting civil and structural documents to for design purposes
• Propose modification solutions to electrical systems when necessary for grid tie-in systems
• Selection and sizing of equipment, PV solar module, inverter, cable, and cable trunking etc., technical analysis, performance, and glare simulations
• Prepare Pvsyst simulation report when required
• Implement electrical design including SLD drawing for solar projects
• Finalize the electrical system design and prepare construction documents
• Check existing drawings and survey existing site conditions to enhance solar PV performance on site
• Identify problem areas that will affect design of new PV systems
• Constantly updated as-built construction drawings and documents for on-going projects

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Electrical Engineering. Clean Energy Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1-3 years relevant work experience, preferrably in solar PV industry
• Sound knowledge of local Singapore PV installation standards e.g. SCDF, SPPG, EMA, BCA etc.
• Has knowledge in electrical and PV solar design concepts
• Knowledge in energy modelling software (PVsyst), AUTOCAD software

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our Co-living rental units. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting for common areas of our rental units. (Living room, Kitchen, Toilets)
• Room cleaning not required.
• Clean and maintain toilets.
• Empty trash bins every cleaning visit.
• Report any maintenance issues to the management.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and refills when needed.

The Software Architect leads and builds data modernization and transformation solutions.

Job Description

• Design and implement computational / AI methods in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) domains;
• Research and prototype implementations of emerging digital technologies that can be harnessed in the AEC;
• Regularly document and explain decisions made in creating the prototype;

JOB SCOPE (Design Engineer)

- Design, test, debug and commission the company’s product, which include jigs and fixtures, customized semi and fully automatic machines.

- Attend meetings with customers to discuss on their requirements in new projects and/or project proposals.

- Research and develop new ideas and concept to enhance company’s performance and competitiveness in the field of industrial automation.

- Procure and/or assist in the procurement of necessary items to enable the performance of above duties.

Requirements

- Minimum ITE, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum two years’ experience in customized Automation Machine Design.

- Experience in customized semi-con/ connector/ machine design preferred.

- Knowledge in Solidworks preferred, familiar with Pro-E and Inventor added advantage.

- Intuitive in mechanical movement, function and performance, good perception of 2D & 3D objects.
