You will be responsible for managing procurement activities for design and build projects including sourcing, purchasing, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and cost effectiveness in procurement process. you will work closely with studio and contract team in delivering the procurement task. You would report to Senior Procurement Manager based in Singapore.

Requirement:

• You have bachelor’s degree / Diploma with at least 3 years of sourcing experience in procurement/contracting/quantity surveying.
• You have experiences in Construction and Interior Fit-Out related industry and able to read drawings.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Google Suite.
• You are organised, meticulous, diligent, agility, and resilient.
• You will be able to work independently and in a team.
