• Position : Procurement Executive (Interior Fit-out/ Interior Design Industry) –Up to $3500
• Location : Toa Payoh Industrial (Bus stop nearby)
• Working hours : 5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and manage vendors, including contract development and compliance, and vendor performance
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Issue of Purchase Order, updating of Purchase Orders status and Project Cost updating.
• Exercises a good working knowledge of materials and sources of supply and makes purchases at prices consistent with quality and quantity requirements
• Other Ad hoc assignment by Superior.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of import and export regulations.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Supervises the creative process of large-scale design projects for some of the most renowned consumer brands in the world. Directs and supports the projects on various levels, from hands-on design to brand leadership and project management. Works directly with clients to understand the project scope and to deliver stunning and inspiring design beyond expectations. Mentors Senior and Junior Designers to ensure healthy growth and learning path for all. To be considered for this position, previous experience of 5-8 years is expected.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Commercial and working knowledge of 2D design and branding for global brands
• Mastery of all design fundamentals
• Directly oversee creative teams, working against project objectives and delivering beyond expectations
• Inspire, mentor, and lead designers in development of strategic design solutions
• Lead the work of 2D and 3D designers with basic understanding of retail design
• Generates unexpected creative work that is thoughtful in strategy and execution
• Face-to face client liaison for global brands at a mid to senior level
• Evaluate the design team’s work against project objectives, suggest refinements, and select recommendations
• Partner with Senior Directors and finance to create project budgets and ensure resources are managed effectively
• Facilitate analysis of current trends and competitive sets for category and consumer
• Contribute to strong team dynamics by modeling creative excellence and demonstrating integrity in the work
• Passion for craft and details
• Knowledge in Aftereffects a plus

• Responsible for USB2.0/USB3.0 device driver development, test, optimisation, and maintenance.
• Perform WHQL testing and certification of drivers and device frameworks.
• Take part in all phases of SDLC and prepare corresponding documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
• At least 5 years of USB device drivers’ development experience in Windows/Linux/mac/WinCE

• Lead the print team and oversee development of work for consumer/corporate client campaigns and projects
