Roles and Responsibilities

( First 6 months )

- Manage , control and Attend tender site show and assigned to designer .QS for calculation on costing from the Design. Ensure accuracy on items design and proposed.

- Support on admin works for Project Team , on quotation , arrangement of delivery , ordering of materials for ongoing project , co-ordination and communication with the client and contractor .Gain a good understanding of internal roles, project and administrative processes to aid the smooth management from initial brief to final reporting• Gain an awareness of the necessary level of financial control for projects; Learn how to budget, forecast • Provide an opportunity to take ownership of small scale project.

- Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents; Attend tender site briefing, update and forward to designer, QS from compilation of costing to final submission on tender . Support to Director’s on quotation, costing if necessary • Act as a support to Project Team Team co-ordination assisting with calendar management, monitor tender attendance• Source new contact brief and manage external contractors and suppliers • Amend shop drawing ,

After 6 months

- *Coordination of on-site projects (Residential/Commercial)

- *Solve On-site Issues, address customer's renovation issues/problems

- *Ensure that renovation/project timeline is according to schedule timeline

- *Coordinate with designers, contractors and vendors

- *Liaising with contractors on modification, changes and others.

- *Must have the experience in the renovation requirements & procedures

- *Must have experience in residential, condo & landed renovations

- *Must be responsive, enthusiastic & open to learning

- *Flexible working hours but may need to work & answer queries on weekends

- *Class 3 driving license or motorbike

Duties & Responsiblities

* Lead, manage & overview operation and site team.

* Work closely with Project Team on the execution and handover on all projects.

* Prepare Project Schedule

• To liaise with clients and consultants on projects and attend meetings with Project Team

• Identifying the need for carrying out a formal design control, verification and validation program for work established by tender or contract requirements

• Evaluate, review and check all the details design system and coordinate with project manager and consultants in order to ensure the completeness and functionality of all the services

• Manage the all the work done in accordance with approved design, material used and workmanship in compliance with contract specifications.

• Lead & Manage Operation Teams

• In Utilizing material usage that are fit for project specifications

• In ensuring that project schedules are met on time

• In rectifying & resolving project site issues

• In reviewing, monitoring and continuously improving project management system, workmanship, and quality of work at site.

• To actively participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties when required

• Solve On-site Issues, address customer's renovation issues/problems

Requirements

* Able to communicate effectively with clientele as well as supplier

* 3 - 5 years of similar experiences with the above similar environment

• recognized Engineering Degree in related field

• Ability to manage project from strategic and detailed planning, concept and detailed design, and to demonstrate leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communicator with well-developed commercial, analytical and technical skills

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Material Specialist to manage our Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) library.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design industry, with an understanding of suppliers and materials relevant to FF&E.

Key Responsibilities

1. Library Management: Organize, catalog, and maintain the FF&E library, ensuring easy access to materials and resources.

2. Supplier Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of suppliers, products, and materials relevant to FF&E design. Organise supplier meetings

3. Research: Conduct research to support design projects, sourcing the latest trends, materials, and supplier information.

4. Documentation: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of resources, including product specifications, pricing, and availability.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to understand their needs and provide relevant resources and materials.

6. Training: Provide training and support to team members on how to effectively utilize the library resources.

Qualification

• Experience as a Library would be advantage
• Strong understanding of FF&E materials, suppliers, and industry trends.
• Proficient in library management software and databases.
• Excellent organizational and research skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Interior Design and Renovations need a Project Coordinator

Job responsibilities:

1) Supervision & coordination with subcontractors & consultants to ensure timely & smooth progress of work

2) To prepare quotation as per design proposed & attend site meetings.

3) Establish good network with clients, consultants, sub-contractors as well as suppliers.

Job requirements:

1) Experienced in design (interior and/or architectural) and know how to use relevant creative software

2) Able to communicate in English & Mandarin

3) Residential renovation experience in Singapore for at least 5 years

4) Good interpersonal and communication skills to work as a team

5) Positive, creative, hardworking & willing to learn

6) Class 3 licence with own vehicle is an advantage

• Collect the necessary data and details from the project team/customer before preparing the drawings
• Prepare shop drawings for submission and approval
• Attend project meeting and measurement on site for drawings preparation
• Prepare 3D drawings where necessary
• Prepare as built drawings when project completed
