The Senior Designer will be responsible for design, craft and execution of innovative visual materials for integrated, cross-channel initiatives. This individual should possess keen conceptual and design skills and assist the Creative Director in improving the technical and creative performance of staff within his group.

You must have strong leadership skills and be able to inspire a team of designers, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and work closely with clients. You must create a range of concepts and designs for each project. You must be able to partner with copywriters to ensure the copy and voice supports the concept. Expectations of a Senior Designer

· Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals

Purpose of Role

You will be responsible for the design and management of an allocated project on a day-to-day basis, maintaining at all times the highest standards of design and client management. You will have a full understanding of the project process and work with minimal guidance from the project leader, delegating work to more junior members of the team as appropriate.

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for design and creativity on projects from concept design through to development and presentation, ensuring high quality outputs and creativity, with minimal guidance.
• Actively seek and share inspiration and reference from sources outside of the business to support creative design solutions.
