Technical Responsibilities

• Ensures all modelling and draughting activities are completed within allocated schedule and budgeted hours. Efficiently and effectively manages multiple tasks independently and in a multi-disciplinary team. Communicates with the design team members daily and seeks guidance to prevent undue delay and ensure success of the project. Assist the team in other ad-hoc as and when required.
• Utilises Autodesk MEP or CADWorx Plant, and AutoCAD computer aided design (CAD) software. Performs 3D modelling of cable tray, junction boxes and panels and maintains clash free models. Prepares CAD drawings complete with Bill of Material (BOM) as directed. Adheres to International Codes of Practice and industry standards.
• Prepare material take-off (MTO) lists, cable schedules, loop diagrams, junction box termination drawings, instrumentation hook-up drawings and electrical power supply system for field instruments.
• Review of P&ID, project documents and vendor drawings or documents.

Job Description:

As an Interior Designer at Wood 5, you will be a critical link between design concepts and their real-world implementation. Your expertise will ensure that our projects not only meet the highest aesthetic standards but also adhere to technical and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:

- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients

- Site & project management from inception to handover

- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines

- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors and own workers to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements:

- Competent knowledge and passion for excellence in design

- Site and project management experience

- Working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet software

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD would be advantageous

- Preference for candidates who are bilingual

Key duties & responsibilities

The Project Admin primarily offers support to ensure workplace efficiency. Assist the respective managers through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and daily routines. Familiar with a variety of the industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Assist in conceptualizing and designing of projects
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.

Job Description:

As an Interior Designer at Inprodec, you will be a critical link between design concepts and their real-world implementation. Your expertise will ensure that our projects not only meet the highest aesthetic standards but also adhere to technical and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in managing compliance to local authorities, producing construction drawings, and coordinating over M&E systems to ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation & Implementation:

a. Conceptual design for pitching projects, including mood board, rendering.

b. Translate design concepts into detailed plans, ensuring that aesthetic intent aligns with technical feasibility.

c. Collaborate with design principal, and clients, qualified Persons and vendors to refine and finalize design details.

d. Collaborate with MEP engineers to ensure the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the interior design.

e. Produce comprehensive construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, with a focus on precision and clarity.

2. Building Management Submissions:

a. Prepare and submit drawing package required for approvals from building management.

b. Coordinate with QP for submission to relevant authorities.

c. Manage the submission process, tracking progress, and ensuring timely approvals.

3. Project Design Coordination:

a. Coordinate with project teams to integrate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design elements seamlessly.

b. Coordinate with procurement team to select feasible materials for design implementation.

c. To ensure project executed aligns with design intent and requirement.

4. As-Built Submissions:

a. Ensure completion of as-built drawings on schedule, accuracy of as-built drawings, reflecting the final state of the project post-construction.

b. Ensure that as-built submissions are complete and comply with relevant industry standards.

Requirements:

1. Possess an accredited Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design or an equivalent qualification.

2. Proficiency in a range of design-related software, including 3-D Studio MAX, Hand Sketch, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and similar tools.

3. Demonstrated experience of at least 1-2 years in commercial design projects, showcasing a strong grasp of technical aspects, such as shop drawings, site surveys, and detailed drawings.
