Purpose and Scope

The Mechanical BIM Designer plays a pivotal role in creating and managing 3D models of projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of building services such as air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, water supply, sanitation, gas supply, fire protection, and other mechanical installations will be advantages.
• Prepare detailed mechanical tender & authority submission drawings.

The Right Profile

We are looking for a Brand Art Director with strong design management experience. This candidate will work closely with the Head of Creative to develop Syfe’s design framework and put forth our brand for the world to see.
