The Graphic Designer Team Lead will oversee and guide a team of graphic designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design projects that align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives. The role involves a mix of creative leadership, project management, and hands-on design work such as online and offline media, including Campaigns and marketing collaterals.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers to produce innovative and effective designs.
Delegate tasks set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure team efficiency.
Provide constructive feedback and facilitate professional growth for team members.
Foster a collaborative, creative, and productive team environment.
Design Strategy and Execution:
Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
Conceptualize and execute creative design solutions for marketing campaigns, product packaging, product colouring, social media, and other mediums.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to align design projects with strategic objectives.
Conceptualise, develop, design, layout, and implement day-to-day design and requests from the brand including monthly campaigns and online and offline marketing collaterals.
Develop and create engaging and high-quality Mistral content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and blogs.
Edit and retouch images to ensure they meet brand standards and visualize the product in the best possible way.
You possess a keen eye for visual aesthetics and an understanding ofgraphic fundamentals, layouts, typography, print, and quality control with an eye for details.
Project Management:
Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery highest quality standards.
Manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining strong communication throughout the project.

Maintain proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and recommend tools for team efficiency.
Who Are We Looking For:
- At least 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in-house graphic designer or agency.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Capcut Video Editing)
- Highly creative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent sense of creativity design & layouts, producing visuals finished artwork, mock-up & general duties.
- Meticulous and eyes for aesthetics.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Resourceful, proactive self-starter, and able to work independently.
