• Work closely with the team to maintain and enhance our design system. Oversee all aspects of its usage, including guidelines, updates, and application across products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional product teams. Foster an environment of collaboration and mutual respect, and encourage a culture of feedback and continuous improvement within the design team and beyond.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience working collaboratively in agile cross-functional teams and skilled in stakeholder management with excellent organisational, presentation, and listening skills.
• Candidates with product design experience are preferred
• Meticulous attention to details and good problem solving skills
• Open minded, curious and explorative
• Knowledge in design principles, colour theory and typography
• Knowledge and experience in running user research, ideation workshops and usability tests
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UX industry.
• Demonstrated experience working on at least 2 different products creating great user-centric solutions and aesthetic interfaces
• Expertise with popular design tools and software such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite e.g. Photoshop and/or Illustrator, Notion, and Excel.
• Good digital illustration skills will be an added advantage
• Previous experience leading a UX design team and/or experience working in the government sector, with legacy systems or complex domains will be considered an advantage.
• Please share with us your portfolio which is comprehensive, including documentation of the process of your iteration and/or research in past projects.

We are searching for a UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team to create engaging and on-brand graphics, contributing to the design and development of impactful software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate wireframes and prototypes into visually stunning and functional user interfaces.
• Develop graphics, illustrations, logos and user interface elements (e.g. navigation, tabs and widgets) using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Direct the planning and implementation of visual design strategies for digital products, ensuring a unified and aesthetically pleasing user interface on both web and mobile platforms, consistent with service standards and design guidelines.
• Design and create concepts, mockups, prototypes and user journey that lead to intuitive user experiences for a wide range of platforms.
• Promote user-centered design principles and align visual design with usability and accessibility standards.
• Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behavior.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Identify, and troubleshoot UX problems and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Digital Designer, Visual UI Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar applications.
• Have a strong portfolio of shipped showcasing your graphic, web, UI or dashboard designs.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and mobile-first design principles, committed to delivering accessible and inclusive digital experiences for diverse user groups.
• Prior experience in FinTech industry/projects will be an added advantage.
