Once the sales enquiry is in, you will do the budget design proposals. After that the client selects and accepts one of these designs, an order will be raised for the client to accept.

Do up the artwork design with the categories and winner names for our inhouse printing, & arrange to send it out on the event date.

Do the paperwork like invoicing cum DO and arrange for delivery with Lalamove for Singapore and DHL, or Fedex for overseas under the client's account.

Role Summary
Looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team, focused on digital and print design across social media and merchandising. Ideal candidates have a strong portfolio in social media content creation, branding, and a passion for anime and pop culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for social media, ad banners, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts for merchandise and assist with photographed materials for online campaigns.
• Create layouts for presentations and collaborate on campaign ideas that align with anime/pop culture trends.
• Ensure brand consistency and stay updated on design and industry trends.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in graphic design, focused on digital content and merchandising.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital design trends.
• Portfolio showcasing social media content, advertising, and product photography.
• Strong interest in anime, pop culture, and related merchandise.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics (After Effects).
• Ability to create short-form video content for social media.

• Experience in photography and videography is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fashion.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
