• Coordinate with customers for design conceptualization through completion of Label artworks.
• Follow up with printer on design confirmation and printing timeline
• Follow up with Customer in a timely manner
• Any other duties assigned by Superior

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing / Sales Support role in FMCG industry; preferably in Food & Beverage industry
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator / MS Office
• Able to demonstrate graphic design skills with a good portfolio will be a Must.
• Confident to communicate with all levels / different cultural backgrounds
• Meticulous, organized, tactful; able to take initiative and has strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, self-discipline, independent, patient and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player
• Excellent telephone etiquette with passion in customer service;
